Terms

Aline International, LLC. is a prepay company and does not offer terms.

Payment Types

Aline International, LLC. will accept several different payment methods: Check, Credit Card, Wire Transfer, and Cash. Aline International, LLC. does NOT accept credit card payments from third party entities. Credit cards used to purchase product have to be owned by someone within the dealer’s organization.

Showroom Displays

Aline International, LLC. currently offers a showroom discount that can be applied to any of our current styles. Ask your sales representative for details.

Warehouse Distribution Locations

Aline International, LLC. has inventory available in several locations around the United States with more locations being added. Aline International, LLC., will determine the best location to ship from to best fit your cabinet needs.

Freight Cost

All freight cost for flat pack and assembled cabinets from Aline International, LLC., will be determined by the weight and destination along the best warehouse location to fullfill your cabinet needs. Assembled Cabinets: Aline International, LLC., offers assembled cabinets. The rate for assembly currently is $15 per box. Assembled cabinet freight will be quoted on each order. Please allow 8 to 10 business days for assembly, although lead time varies based on volume orders.

Warranty Procedures

It is the dealer’s responsibility to review warranty information with their customers. When submitting a claim for warranty, the warranty claim form must be completed along with pictures documenting the claim. Any cabinet with a defect must be documented before assembly (if assembled prior to installation). If it is necessary for a sales representative to inspect an issue on a job site, a representative for the dealer must be present as well. In regards to freight damage, it is the receiving party’s responsibility to inspect for damage and note any shortages on the bill of lading provided by the trucking company. All claims need to be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

Return Policy

Dealer is responsible for return freight cost and will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Assembled cabinets will not be accepted. Be sure when receiving orders, each box is inspected and verified to be the correct cabinet ordered.

Cabinet Care

It is the dealer’s responsibility to inform customers as to the requirements of cabinet care. The manufacture recommends warm soapy water. Solvents should NEVER be used in the care of the cabinetry, as this can damage the stains/paints from the woods surface.

Touch Up Kits

Purchasing a touch up kit with each order allows minor issues to be fixed without the delay of having to place a separate order.

Cabinet Construction

The dealer is aware of the construction materials used to manufacture the Aline Cabinets, LLC. products. Details can be found on pages 12–13 of the current catalog. Sample Door Policy To accurately display the full selection of door styles offered by Aline International, LLC. , qualifying dealers will receive a sample door kit. Included in this kit are the currently offered styles. They are also available for purchase in the catalog as “SD” Sample Doors.

Final Acceptance

In making this application and for and in consideration of any credit extended as a result of this application, the applicant and the undersigned, individually and collectively guaranty payment of all amounts which become due to Aline and promise to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees incurred by Aline International, LLC. in collecting any money owed on any credit account maintained by any of the people or entities named in this application. If any account is established as a result of this application and is not paid when due the account shall bear interest at 1 ½% per month, 18% per annum. All payments for goods and merchandise purchased form Aline International, LLC. are due and payable at the offices of Aline International, LLC. All merchandise purchased from Aline International, LLC. shall remain the property Aline International, LLC. until fully paid for.
